Kibbles, You might try adding a bit more lean protien to your diet. I know that as a woman at 140 lbs. I eat more lean protein in a day than you currently are. You should try to eat 1-2 chicken breasts. Great thinking to pre-grill the chicken. It really helps keep one on track. I cook up 4-5 package...

Hey Guys, To save time and also always have an quick meal ready, I will buy 3-5 packages of chicken breasts and grill them all up at the same time. When cooked and cooled stick them in the fridge. Biffens and Crew, I don't know much about Carnatine guys, but I do know you all should be drinking about 80 oz of water a day.
