The logo says its a new ROGUE ability added to the game but not yet avalible to players. (Rogues are the only class w/ energy)

Wether it will go live or not, who knows. But that means its in testing.......!

Hunters have an ability like that called Black Arrow. It is sweet, but it's an NPC-only power so far.

Doesn't anyone use correct math anymore. It should be either

Slows energy regen by 25%

or

Energy regenerates at -25%

If you slow energy regeneration by -25% you're making it regen at +25%. I noticed WoW does this all the time on their official site too. ><

It might be nice to beat a mage more than 10% of the time... in any situation aside from ganking em at 10 health
