Newbie Guide to Quellious 2008!

So you started a new character on Quellious 2008 and you aren't sure what the fuck is going on? Heres some basic info:

- You start in the Plane of Knowledge regardless of race/class.
- You can teleport to any town from there
- There is a guy who will reset all your skills right near your spawn. It is recommended you go talk to him at level 1. He will set ALL your skills to 1, so you never have to goto the class trainer again, because when you level up the new skill you got will already have a skill level of 1.
- There is a guy who will scribe your spells for you, though this is somewhat redundant since now you autoscribe new spells when you level up.
- There are 4 newbie armor guys. Just hail them and they will give you the newbie armor for your class (This stuff is really good), and a newbie weapon.

For in-game maps: go to http://www.mapfiend.net/mappacks, select all and download map pack. They go into your Sony\Everquest\Maps folder.

Hit Backspace to open/close your map window.

Sometimes the maps can be a pain-in-the-ass to read. Adjusting the opacity of the window helps a little bit. Not sure if there is a better way to fix this.

Hell itsbeen 4-5 years since I even logged into this game, I hope i can remember half the shit i need to in order to level, lol should be interesting!
