anyone recomend rerolling a mage for wrath?

im leveling a shammy lately hes 55 now, but im thinking of leveling a mage to 70 instead. all i hear about mages on the forums is QQ so i wanted to ask here for a more intelligent response about mages

I believe I will stick with my warlock, mages seem fun as well...but turning into Illidan > all.
