well it's cool and all, but it'd be better for soloing.. which you don't exactly do alot of by the time you get this axe.

even though IMHO a damage proc or chance on hit for that same effect would be better, it's sexy as hell !! dps+attackpower out the wazooo

Yeah, if you're lvl 60, PC has to be atleast lvl 48.

The axe proc is confirmed to work in PvP.
