Tea

I just started drinking tea about a year ago, mostly green and black tea since that is what I am most familiar with from various convenient store beverages. After getting some samplers from places like http://www.adagio.com and http://www.teavana.com/default.aspx I learned how different teas of the same type really taste. For instance, while Dragonwell may be good for slaying internet dragons, Gunpowder tastes exactly like its namesake.

So does anybody have some white tea recommendations? I haven't really tried anything.

As far as hot tea goes I generally stick to black[s](preferably not earl grey), milk/sugar english style. Often however when making iced tea I'll mix a few bags of spiced chai with a few bags of green, and that comes out pretty well(agave nectar>sugar, in particular with this blend). I don't give a shit about white tea, so you'll have to wait for some other queer to comment on that.

I'm a bit of a tea connoisseur myself, mainly a French brand that's hard to spell, but I believe it's something like: Liptoné. I don't know, it's foreign. And the secret to making it involves: tea bag, water, sugar, stove. I know, fucking amazing, right?

After boiling your water with a fucking tea bag floating in it, you pour it into a jug, add some sugar, put a lid on it and stick it in the fridge for all to enjoy.

I do enjoy a cup of tea every now and then, I just don't have much a preference and like to make my girlfriend make it for me anyways, haha. I like green teas with honey. Pretty simple.

I picked this up recently, it was pretty good. I also got some http://www.goldenmoontea.com/Irish_Brea ... l__P23.cfm and http://www.goldenmoontea.com/Pu-erh_Chai_P22.cfm . So far I have only tried the latter but it was good too.
