Best HP cloak maybe, but besides that........eh. Its good I guess.

Shifting cloak or Azuergos cloak is better for DPS class IMO.

Andy, might wanna update this with the Ragnaros drops.

By the way, has anyone seen the joke of a necklace that Conquest got off of Ragnaros? You gotta be kidding me

Yea, that necklace was horrible. It would be fine if they just made it like 10-12 to spirit/int/sta or something. You shouldn't be taking a drop in stats w/ Rag gear. You know where I can see stats on that cape off him, Jooni? I remember you telling me stats, but have to confirm that for myself.

I guess I would wear it over Redoubt for tanking. But I don't think I'd take it over my Kazaak cape in PvP.

But of course, our item choices ultimately depend on what we have on our other slots at the time as well.

Update: The Nagas do share the same loot table but have a few pieces unique to themselves; the elementals also share the same loot table but have a few pieces unique to themselves.
