Biffens and Crew,
I don't know much about Carnatine guys, but I do know you all should be drinking about 80 oz of water a day. If you are really sore after a work out it is most likely water retention. Add either an whole lemon to 1 of your servings of water or eat some fresh parsley. Each are a diaretic and aid in digestion. Water is essintial for our bodies. You will find over time as you get used to drinking that much that you will adjust and not spend a lot of time in the bathroom. It will help you all in your muscle tone and as well as keeping healthy. One last thing I have learned is that many times "hunger" and/or being sleepy is also a sign of dehydration. You might find drinking an 8 oz. glass of water can help you avoid an need to snack.
This is just my views, I have recently lost 82lbs in the last year so have been intersted in this tread. See what you young ones have to teach:). Good luck each of you in persuing your healthier lifestyle! Trust me you starting at your age makes 40 soo much easier;).

Thanks for the added info Josee!
Yes the power of water, so simple, so difficult to drink much, yet so necessary. With the body fat tests I've been having done, they also perform tests on your system to see how hydrated you are, and I have been improving, but certainly not as good as I could be. My goal is ~1 gallon a day, though that often is difficult to do. But having a high goal helps me keep drinking!

My friend's dont live near my neighborhood, also, my neighborhood is new, and right outside of it, its like the country. Houses with alot of acres, which is really long roads until you can get to main road heading to the high way or anything.
So basically, i'll just bike ride 45mins a day? as well as doing 40-60 Ab Lounge crunches, and lifing weights.
Also, you said eating fried eggs would be bad, but I dont fry my eggs in Oil or anything. For making fried or scrambled eggs, I put a lil bit of butter on the pan to get it greased so it wont stick to the pan. for fried eggs, I fry sliced tomatoes for a lil bit then throw in 2 eggs and fry them. now is that bad? if i were to scramble it, I would put 2 eggs (and a lil bit of milK) in a bowl and stir it alot then throw it in the pan. So fried eggs like i make it alright to eat?
I was also thinking, since its good to do the workout 2.5 hours after you've eaten the carbs, i was thinking to do the workout 2.5 hours after lunch? since for breakfast and lunch I would be eating Honey wheat bread (lunch = Tuna sandwich, is mayo okay?)
My only drink will be Water. I rather just not drink anything else, since its not even as refreshing as water.
This will basically sorta be my schedule
In bed at 12am-2am
Wake up at 10am
Eat Breakfast
Play WoW until around 12pm-1pm.
Eat Lunch
Play wow until 2.5hours later
Work Out
Around 6pm Dinner,
then More WoW at 7:15pm (raiding)
Is that okay?

Ya Mike is right. You need to have a life with a little bit of WoW, not WoW with a little bit of life. Get a job.

Not all of us raid anymore (the ones posting in this thread, at least).
Yes, they count as meals, even if it is a small meal. For ideas, check this thread again, and the other thread I've posted in this forum

i have to find an air pump since my bike's tires has no air.
also, if i cook the fried eggs like I said in my prior post, is it okay?
Today, i woke up really late (4pm) and i ate breakfast at that time :\,
I hate scrambled eggs, 3 sausages, and 2 Toast. Since u said cream cheese was bad, and Butter woudl also be bad, mayo isn't bad to use (i had no jam in my fridge) right?
Since it was 4pm and i woke up late i didn't eat lunch. I had nothing I could eat for snacks, and right the Meat and chicken is cooking in the grill. so that would basically be my dinner.
I did the lifting and Ab lounge like 2.5 hours after 4pm (when i had breakfast) i didn't have a bike to use =(, i would go running instead, but guests just got to my house, so i can't leave right now.
Though, I feel that I should be eating something else, like i'm doing this wrong, like what i'm eating is okay, but results will happen slowly :(

Whole wheat toast? Chicken / Turkey sausage? Scramble the eggs and use 3 egg whites and only 1 yolk
6 (smaller) meals:
8am breakfast
10:30am snack
1pm lunch
3:30pm snack
6pm dinner
8:30pm snack (optional)
if you wake up at 4, you start that cycle then

Don't take this too personally, but it seems like you are listening to only what you want to hear about what I'm saying. Like, I'm happy to give advice, but it seems like I have to nag you to do it, or repeat myself 800 times, which is not my intent here. It is to inform others, and to gather information for myself.
So let me reply. Your approach can be seen as productive, but less so than doing it ways I have previously recommended. Just ask yourself a few questions before you get started:
1) How serious are you about this? Not just for 3 months serious, but long haul. Big changes don't happen instantly, for anyone. It's all about being dedicated to the goal, and doing whats necessary to get there. How long depends on your commitment level (this includes financially, since food isn't cheap if you are consuming more of it).
2) Do you want to keep taking a "2 steps forward, 1 step back" approach to this? By that I mean, read the labels of what you are eating. You want to maximize certain things, and minimize others, and they should be blatantly obvious by what I have recommended. So asking me if mayo is better than butter is kind of a dumb question. Both are bad. Use extra virgin olive oil, if anything, to coat your pan for eggs. If you have a non-stick pan, use that. If you don't, use a light amount of low-fat butter.
3) Read what Tache just wrote. The idea is to speed up your metabolism by training it to work faster. As you burn more calories (working out), and eat smarter (read my posts and nutritionist's books), your metabolism will operate more effectively. You might need 3 hours between things to begin, but can gradually slow it down to 2.5 hours as Tache suggested. Thats all just based on how it goes for you.

its been about 4 weeks since summer started. when summer started i started overall just eating less / less "bad" things.
the thing was the school lunches were terribly bad for me. and I also drank a bottle of coke E V E R Y D A Y.
since summer started i sorta stopped drinking soda (stopped officially like 2 weeks ago). and i've pretty much been eating differently and since the start of this week i've started doing this.
Since summer started i've lost 15 pounds D:
Lets see whats to come with this new way of eating and actually exercising
