Just watched this tonight. I'm a Takashi Miike fan, and I stumbled across this while randomly surfing. Don't remember how. Anyway, it's pretty good. It's comprised of three shorts, each by a different horror director -- Takashi Miike, Fruit Chan, and Byung-hun Lee. Each short is about 30-40 min. They're heavy on imagery, and the production value is high. Fans of asian cinema in general, and especially the horror genre will love this. The second segment, 'Dumplings', will probably appeal to most people in the guild, assuming members are as fucked up as they used to be. Also, for the squeamish, the Takashi Miike short is very watchable. Nothing like the scene in Audition.

Re: Three Extremes
I saw this a few years ago and gave it 4 stars on Netflix. I only really remember Dumplings. I forget what the other 2 stories are about but I remembered I liked them.
