Return to Windsor after defeating Golem Lord and General. DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS QUEST UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE you have cleared all the mobs in both jail areas as well as the large area near the center. You must follow Windsor around to free two of his friends... it will involve killing several mobs in many jail cells. It is also important to clear the supply closet that is near Windsor's jail cell! Windsor will stop at the entrance of the instance and you will have completed this quest. Return and hand this quest in to Maxwell and he will give you a +8 to all resists trinket.

Awbee is right before the arena area (here you fight Rend.) You will probably need a group to make it through this cave, unless you're a paladin. In that case, you're gonna have to invuln-corpse hop a few times.
