I am currently looking for competitive and dedicated players to join my 5v5 Team for the upcoming Season 2 of the Arena. The classes that I am looking for are ...

Mage (Frost)
Priest (PvP Healing and Shadow)
Paladin (Holy)
Rogue (PvP Spec)
Shaman (Elemental)
Hunter (Marksmanship w/ Entrapment)

Your gear doesn't have to be exceptional, but would be a plus if you had some resilience gear already (Season1/BG Armor). You must atleast be able to play 4+ days out of the week for a couple hours a day and have the ability to use Ventrilo (For both talking/listening none of this I don't have a mic). You will not have to pay any fee to join the team, but you are not gauranteed a spot until the final team has been formed. Please post your interests here with your class, spec, armory gear, playtime, and contact info AIM/e-mail! For further info. You can contact me on AIM at ThundaxVM or e-mail me at lapaz24@gmail.com

NOTE: This team by no means is meant to be a high ranked Team asap, its to find dedicated members who are willing to work together get experienced together and contend once we are all geared up!

I saw your posting on the BC forums and then followed the link. I am nterested in joining your 5v5 team for season 2 after struggling this season to find consistent players for my own 5v5 team. I currently play this game in excess and will be cutting back slightly, but this will come in regards to PvE content. I enjoy the 5v5 arenas and hope to focus primarily on them in the coming months.

My character:
Ukiepriest
(Human Priest - yes I wish I had rerolled a draeni)

I focus on and enjoy pvp healing, I will be fully specced for arena utility, having a spec that includes 2/2 imp mana burn, 2/2 Focused Power, 2/2 Matrydom, 2/2 Healing Focus, 3/3 Blessed Recovery, and 3/3 Blessed Recovery. The points will vary slightly, as I need to mess around with exactly how I like them, but it will primarily be a mana burn bot that can dispell and heal when needed.

Here's a sample of what I will do (It is slightly different than what I have now, but it works).

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/cla ... lents.html

As for my gear, I have 5/5 gladiator season 1. I have various sets that I can wear to increase my healing or increase my survivability. In my survival gear I have 12081 health, 8440 mana, 831 healing and 400 resilience, self buffed. In my full healing set I have 7k health, 10k mana, and 1850 +healing. I have found the most effective strategy is to maximize the utility of both and focus on putting the best piece of gear in every slot. As such, I have a hybrid set that is a combination of the two. In it I have 11111 health, 9542 mana, 1300 +heal, and 300 resilience.

In addition to that specific gear, I have gear sets with up to 300 Fire Resist, 200 Frost Resist, 150 Shadow Resist, and 150 Arcane resist, in the event that we face a team that has some extreme magic class imbalance.

I would link an armory profile, but it isn't really all that indicative of my gear, because I am careless as to what I wear when I log out. I'll simply let you inspect all of my gear sets when I meet you in a major city.

As for my arena experience, I have a 2v2 that has been ranked as high as 2250, a 3v3 that was ranked up to 2100 and a 5v5 that has hit 1850. I feel comfortable in my abilities to survive and to be effective. I have been PvP healing pretty much since I hit level 50, except for my brief experimentation with shadow, which I feel comfortable doing, but I do not enjoy to the same extent as holy/disc builds.

If you have additional questions, feel free to contact me in game.

-Ukie

Awesome, would love to have you as part of this team. I have a question though, would you recommend any of your current team members to come along? Like I said I am looking for a elemental shaman, and I noticed Boj is one, and Ret looks like he could fit that paladin position. If you think they would make good addition let me know, and see what you can do about gaining their interest.

Both are very solid in the pvp department, the one problem we have had with our 5v5 is lack of a consistent team, and we are unable to establish unity, however I have found that MS warrior, with pally healing, elemental shaman for Lightning overload and heroism, and priest for Mana burn has been a solid group, the problem has been finding the ideal 5th. I'll leave that up to you.

If your still making the 5v5, I would like to join for season 2. I'm shadow almost always now. If you still need a shadow priest send me a tell :)

P.S. Still working on gear atm, just went shadow. Hopefully by the time season 2 starts i will have around 1k +shadow dmg.

Naw, Ryan is a good guy and good rogue. The problem is that rogues unless in a PVE Clickers, or gib group just cant play the outlast or wear someone down game. Once a rogue is out of cool downs or just even at the point stunned he can die. Finally they bring no buffs to the group and no debuffs that cant be taken off.
